Thanksgiving Day is the fourth Thursday in November.
People in the United States and Canada give thanks to God for all the blessings they received during the year by feasting and prayer.
To this day, Thanksgiving dinner almost always includes some of the foods served at the first feast: roast turkey, cranberry sauce, potatoes, pumpkin pie. Before the meal begins, families or friends usually pause to give thanks for their blessings, including the joy of being united for the occasion...

SAINT GEORGE´S DAY
Did you know that Saint George´s Day falls on the same day as World Book Day? World Book Day is celebrated on April 23rd to mark the day when William Shakespeare, Miguel de Cervantes and Garcilaso de la Vega died in 1616.

Australia Day is on January 26th and commemorates the establishment of the first European settlement at Port Jackson, now part of Sydney, in 1788. It is an opportunity for Australians to come together to celebrate their country and culture.......
